The Centre Pacific Project Marketing Corp. was incorporated and licensed under the Real Estate Council of British Columbia in 1991 to provide project marketing services to developers in the Greater Vancouver area. The company has since become a full service operator inclusive of brokerage, strata and rental management services and as of 1995, diversified into the development and acquisition of commercial and residential properties in excess of 1200 units.

Centre Pacific is affiliated with Lord Stanley Suites On The Park, Circle Square Developments, the Charter Pacific Development Group of Companies, Plaza 88 Developments, Meridian Apartments and Auberge Hotels Inc.
