Initially studying to become an archaeologist, Florence began her real estate career as an adminstrator in rental and strata management between 1996 through 2006.  

From 2006 to 2014, she sharpened and honed her rental management skills under the employment of several prominent and well respected real estate and development companies.  

Since 2014, Florence has held and operated an independent portfolio of investment, residential and rental properties located across Vancouver and stretching to all corners of the Lower Mainland.
